Truix is a one-person studio. This page explains what we collect when you use the site builder, the preview sites, the client portal, or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Business details you type into the builder or portal (name, category, city, hours, services, photos).
• Your email address, if you claim a preview, sign in to the portal, or message us.
• Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Basic visit analytics (page views, referrers) for your live site and for truix.xyz itself.
• Messages sent through a live site’s contact form, forwarded to that business’s owner.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share your business details or contact information with anyone outside the services required to run your site (hosting, email delivery, payment processing).

Builder drafts

A draft you create in the free builder is stored in your browser’s local storage, not on our servers, until you check out. Clearing your browser data clears the draft.

Cookies and sessions

The client portal uses a session cookie so you stay signed in. We don’t run third-party ad-tracking or analytics scripts on your live site.

Retention

We keep your account and site data for as long as your hosting is active, plus 30 days after cancellation as a recovery window, then delete it on request.

Your rights

Email us to see, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you or your business. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
