Truix (“we,” “us”) builds and hosts websites for small businesses, and provides scoped machine learning, AI, and automation work. These terms cover the website builder, previews, hosting, and the client portal at this domain. Using any of them means you agree to what’s below.
Anything you build with the in-browser builder, or any preview site generated for you, is a draft. Draft content stays in your browser until you check out; a preview site is watermarked, excluded from search engines, and has no working contact form until it’s paid for.
The one-time setup fee and the monthly hosting fee are shown before you pay, in full, with no hidden charges. Setup is billed once, when your site goes live. Hosting is billed monthly in advance and can be canceled at any time from your billing portal — canceling stops future charges and takes your site offline at the end of the paid period.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the text, photos, and business details you provide or approve. We reserve the right to decline content that’s unlawful, infringing, or unrelated to operating your business. Minor edits (text, hours, photos, contact details) are included in hosting; layout and template changes are scoped separately.
We host, monitor, and back up live sites in good faith but don’t guarantee a specific uptime figure. If your site goes down, tell us and we’ll fix it as a priority.
Cancel hosting whenever you like, no penalty and no minimum term. If you cancel, we’ll keep a backup of your content for 30 days in case you want to come back.
Truix is a small, one-person studio. We do the work carefully, but our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the preceding 12 months. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
